The Position
OPSWAT is looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to assist with day-to-day functions. This role will support “Go-To-Market” efforts by using Marketing Technology (“MarTech”) to orchestrate actions and report on their results.
Responsibilities include collaborating with a global marketing team and deploying assets in HubSpot (emails, landing pages, meeting schedule tools, etc.). The candidate will be expected to be aware of connections with other tools in the OPSWAT MarTech stack (Salesforce, etc.) and should have an interest in learning new technology.
The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, conscious about the impact of their motions in an automation tool, and passionate about using marketing technology to scale. This position will work closely with the global marketing team.
What You Will Be Doing
- Working in HubSpot to build and orchestrate marketing materials.
- Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all deployed materials to ensure they perform as intended before finalizing each motion.
- Informing stakeholders of the progress of their requests to the Marketing Operations team.
- Provide stakeholders with reports and progress of their items in market or items that have gone to market.
What We Need From You
- Interest in marketing operations or demand generation orchestration for a high-growth B2B technology company.
- Basic understanding of database capabilities such as data management, collection processes, and reporting outputs.
- Strong team player with demonstrated ability to partner with design, marketing, and other cross-functional departments.
- Well organized, self-driven person who is committed to detail and high-quality output.
- Equivalent experience or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or related.
- Experience with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
