The Position
OPSWAT isseeking an experienced and dynamic Field Marketing specialistto execute our field marketing activities and drive business growth in the META Region The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in field marketing andcommunications. The Field Marketing specialist will report to the META Field Marketing Senior Manager and collaborate closely with the Vice President of Sales for META and the META sales teams. You will also work closely with internal teams such as corporate event marketing, product marketing, and marketing operations – along with our network of channel partners.
What You Will Be Doing
Field Marketing Alignment and Execution:
- Tradeshow events across META
- Industry events
- Secure funding for future events
- Submit event and field marketing content for social media
- Managing logistics for workshops, webinars, and regional events
Sales Alignment & Support:
- Assist sales with region-focused marketing activities, such as webinars, local collaboration, and marketing material support
- Working closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals, support pre- and post-event actions, and communicate results.
- Follow up on reporting outcomes for all activities
Campaign Support:
- Assisting in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, events, and programs.
Legal and Procurement Management:
- Process all third-party vendor contracts and procurement, including approvals and legal coordination
Provide central planning and program management support for META:
- Plan and manage quarterly/monthly partner webinars
- Assist with planning / leading partner summits
- Develop and produce regular reports on program KPIs and results
- Provide planning and program management support for MDF and joint marketing programs
- Co-branded sales tools and campaign kits
- Review and provide feedback on marketing plans – and assist partners in executing plans
- Develop and produce regular reports on campaign results
What We Need from You
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- 3+ years B2B tech channel marketing and operations experience - cybersecurity and / or enterprise SaaS experience is a plus
- 3+ years B2B field marketing experience
- Experience setting up and managing email marketing and social media campaigns
- Excellent time management skills, and ability to work with remote teams with a high level of autonomy
- Self-motivation with a winning attitude, extremely adaptive, take pride in exceeding sales goals
- Ability to travel throughout META as necessary for field marketing and channel events as needed
- Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills
- Excellent PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
- Well-structured communication with internal and external partner
- Experience with trade shows and events
- Experience using Salesforce, comfortable with new technologies and willing to learn
- Ability to lead and execute multiple events from inception to revenue delivery
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Problem Solving & Adaptability: Ability to think on your feet, adapt to changing circumstances, and find quick solutions while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience building relationships with a cross-functional team and working with geographically dispersed teams and colleagues
- Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
