The position:
As an Intern Product Operations, you will play a vital role in supporting the Product Operations team in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of product operations initiatives. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of product operations, including product data management, process optimization, and project coordination.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Product Data Management:
- Assist in developing the SKU Product Library (including SKU information, CPQ flow, SKU change tracking) and maintaining and updating product data in SFDC
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various product channels.
- Collect and analyze Product Ops team performance via Jira board.
- Assist in the development NPI Leaderboard.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings.
- Process Optimization:
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
- Analyze and report on process performance metrics.
- Project Coordination:
- Support product operations projects by providing administrative and organizational assistance.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- General Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the Product Operations team.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
What We Need From You:
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Data Science.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for cyber security products and a desire to learn and grow.
