What You Will Be Doing

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
  • Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules to optimize business processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Maintain documentation for technical solutions, system configurations, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in Salesforce development.

What We Need From You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura Component and Visualforce.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
  • Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, The Ant, Github, Migration Tool etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
  • Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce governor limits.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce features and recommend improvements to enhance functionality.
  • Must have Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or equivalent experience).
  • Must have Salesforce Certification Administrator certification (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.

It Would Be Nice If You Had (Bonus, Optional):

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, and CSS for front-end customizations.
  • Background in working with large datasets and data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench, etc.)
  • Understanding of AI-powered Salesforce features like Einstein Analytics, Einstein ChatBot.
