The position:

Are you a tech-savvy recruiter looking for an opportunity to make an impact? We’re seeking a Technical Recruiter (contract role) with the potential to convert to full-time based on performance and business needs. This is your chance to work on exciting hiring projects, collaborate with top leaders, and grow your expertise beyond tech recruitment.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment operations in Vietnam & APJ.

  • Source top talent using creative strategies—LinkedIn, job boards, social media, Boolean searches, and tech communities.

  • Recruit for key technical roles (80%) and non-tech roles (20%).

  • Partner with hiring managers and tech leaders to define hiring needs and drive recruitment strategies.

  • Deliver a seamless candidate experience—from sourcing to offer negotiation.

  • Stay updated on market trends and talent insights to optimize hiring strategies.

What We Need From You:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in full-cycle IT recruitment (agency or in-house).

  • Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and Boolean searches.

  • Ability to manage multiple roles, work independently, and collaborate effectively.

  • Fluent English.
