The Position
We are looking for an Program Manager to be responsible for the execution of OESIS involving about 8 teams delivering different feature sets. The Program Manager will work closely with the Engineering teams to deliver high-quality products, on-time, in a fast-moving space.
What You Will Be Doing

Collaborate with the OESIS Engineering teams to meet timelines with a sense of urgency.

Communicate timelines, progress, and dependencies with internal stakeholders such as Leadership, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Manage critical initiatives and customer issues, interfacing with Engineering leads to facilitate the discovery process, estimate work efforts, define milestones, and manage resources.

Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to the Leadership team and stakeholders.

Develop knowledge in cybersecurity.
What We Need From You

Excellent English communication skills via multiple channels (Confluence, Jira, Outlook, Teams).

4+ years of technical program/project management experience in software or similar.

Experience managing and successfully delivering software development programs.

Ability to communicate effectively and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical degree and/or background in SW development.
