The Position
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to drive adoption and growth of Managed File Transfer (MFT) our flagship product at OPSWAT — a cornerstone of secure enterprise communications.
This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about creating consumer-grade experiences for enterprise customers. You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of secure file exchange, especially in high-security environments. We’re looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and a proven track record of accelerating product adoption.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Vietnam and the U.S., working at the intersection of system architecture, security, and enterprise integration.
What We Need From You
- Sales-Oriented Mindset: You have proven experience supporting sales teams and helping close complex deals.
- Enterprise & Public Sector Experience: You are comfortable and effective when working with large companies and government clients.
- Clear, Versatile Communication: You can easily explain technical concepts to business leaders and business needs to technical teams.
- Compelling Content Creation: You are skilled at creating persuasive materials for various audiences, from executive summaries to customer-facing guides.
- Strategic Partnership Development: You have a track record of building successful partnerships (e.g., Channel, OEM) to expand market reach.
- Core Product Management Skills: You have a solid foundation with 3-5 years of direct experience in a product management role.
- Cybersecurity Industry Knowledge: You possess a strong understanding of the B2B cybersecurity market and its challenges.
