The Position
We are building an AI-powered autonomous vulnerability management platform that goes beyond traditional scanning and reporting. Our platform uses advanced AI agents to predict, prioritize, and autonomously remediate security threats before they can be exploited.

In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team of AI engineers, security researchers, and software developers to deliver groundbreaking autonomous vulnerability management capabilities. You will also drive technical strategy while building a high-performing engineering culture.
What You Will Be Doing:

Lead and mentor a small but yet talented team engineers across AI, security, full-stack, and DevOps disciplines.

Drive technical architecture decisions for AI-powered vulnerability management systems.

Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.

Establish engineering best practices for AI model development and deployment.

Manage cross-functional coordination with security research, product, and business teams.

Oversee hiring and onboarding of technical talent in a competitive AI market.

Drive technical innovation while ensuring delivery of customer-facing features.

Establish metrics and KPIs for AI system performance and engineering productivity.

Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
What We Need From You:

5+ years software engineering experience with 2+ years in management roles.

Technical depth in either AI/ML or cybersecurity domains (ideally both).

Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams (5+ people).

Strong background in Python, distributed systems, and cloud architectures.

Track record of delivering complex technical products to market.

Leadership skills: coaching, mentoring, and developing engineering talent.

Strategic thinking: ability to balance technical debt, innovation, and delivery.

Communication skills: presenting to executives and translating technical concepts.

Hiring experience: building teams and assessing technical talent.

AI/ML domain expertise: hands-on experience with LLMs, multi-agent systems.
