Description
We are looking for a Junior Business Applications Analyst to support and evolve our GTM systems, with a strong foundation in Salesforce and CPQ processes.
This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience who wants to expand into broader business systems, automation, integrations, and AI-driven process optimization.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Finance stakeholders to ensure our CRM and revenue systems effectively support business growth.
Salesforce and CPQ are the core foundation of this role. Over time, you will gain exposure to integrations, workflow automation (N8N), AI use cases, and cross-system architecture.
About Orca AI:
Shipping accounts for over 90% of global trade, yet the industry remains decades behind in digitization and automation. Operating safely and efficiently in congested ports and high-traffic sea lanes is becoming increasingly challenging.
Orca AI is transforming maritime operations through real-time AI and computer vision, delivering next-generation situational awareness and decision-making.
Our platform connects onboard crews with shoreside teams, improving navigational safety, reducing human error, and supporting decarbonization through performance optimization.
Founded in 2018, Orca AI is a fast-growing scale-up in an incredibly strong position. We recently raised $73M in a Series B round (May 2025) and have over 1,100 systems deployed to industry giants like MSC, Seaspan, and NYK. What sets us apart is our data - over 100 million nautical miles of proprietary data, making it the largest maritime AI dataset in the world.
As we scale rapidly, we are looking for passionate individuals to join us in defining the future of the maritime world.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce & CPQ (Core Responsibility)
- Configure and maintain Salesforce (fields, layouts, flows, validation rules, permissions).
- Support opportunity lifecycle management, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.
- Maintain and optimize CPQ processes (Dealhub or similar), including:
- Pricing structures
- Discount approvals
- Product configuration logic
- Quote-to-opportunity synchronization
- Troubleshoot quoting and CRM-related issues during active deal cycles.
- Maintain high data quality and system governance.
Business Applications & Process Ownership
- Gather business requirements from GTM stakeholders and translate them into scalable system solutions.
- Independently lead small-to-medium scoped system improvements.
- Support cross-functional initiatives impacting revenue workflows.
Integrations, Automation & AI (Growth Area)
- Assist in maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Support and gradually build automation workflows (N8N or similar).
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation.
- Explore AI-driven improvements across GTM systems.
- Continuously expand technical capabilities beyond CRM administration.

- Experience supporting Sales or RevOps stakeholders.
- Experience building Salesforce Flows.
- Strong understanding of opportunity and quote-to-cash processes.
- Strong Salesforce fundamentals.
- Business-oriented mindset — understands why processes exist, not just how to configure them.
- High learning velocity and technical curiosity.
- Ability to independently own tasks from requirement to delivery.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Nice to Have:
- Practical hands-on exposure to a CPQ platform (Dealhub, Salesforce CPQ, or equivalent).
- Exposure to integrations or automation tools (N8N, Zapier, Make, Workato, etc.).
- Basic understanding of APIs.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (or in progress).
- Experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
Availability & Support Expectations:
- This role may occasionally require availability on Fridays for urgent GTM system matters, particularly related to active deal cycles.
- On-call needs will be coordinated in advance and aligned with company policy.
