We are looking for a hands-on NPI & Quality Engineer to own and lead New Product Introduction activities while ensuring product quality across production and deployment.
This role serves as a key bridge between R&D, Operations, QA, and Production, supporting smooth product launches and high operational standards, and requires on-site presence at the production facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead NPI processes from development to production readiness
- Own QA activities related to new and existing products
- Be present at the production site to oversee and control quality operations and manufacturing activities
- Act as the main interface between R&D and Operations
- Manage and control NPI documentation and processes, including TN (Technical Notes), waivers, deviations, and ECO/ECRs
- Support production, QA, and manufacturing ramp-up activities
- Define, implement, and improve quality processes, inspections, and acceptance criteria
- Identify risks, gaps, and process improvements during product introduction
- Ensure full documentation, procedures, and handover are production-ready
Requirements
- BSc in Engineering or Practical Engineer
- (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / or related field)
- Proven experience in NPI, QA, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations Engineering
- Experience working with hardware products
- Strong understanding of production, QA, and product lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with TN, waivers, deviations, ECO/ECR processes
- Experience with quality standards, testing, and root-cause analysis
- Willingness to work on-site at the production facility as required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Hands-on, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
