Employee Learning & LMS Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for an Employee Learning & LMS Consultant to manage ORO’s internal learning programs and LMS operations.

This role will own the operational backbone of employee learning, including onboarding journeys, learning paths, course assignments, certification tracking, reporting, LMS governance, and learner experience. The person will work closely with HR, Academy, Product, trainers, and content teams to ensure employees have access to structured, updated, and relevant learning content.

This is not a training delivery role. The focus is on learning operations, LMS management, content organization, release alignment, reporting, and continuous improvement of the employee learning experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage employee onboarding learning journeys, including course assignments, timelines, reminders, completion tracking, and certification follow-ups.
  • Administer the LMS, including user setup, learning paths, course assignments, assessments, reports, certificates, and learner records.
  • Ensure LMS content is well organized, easy to find, correctly assigned, and aligned to the right learner audiences.
  • Maintain LMS content hygiene by reviewing outdated, duplicate, incomplete, or misaligned content.
  • Coordinate with trainers, curriculum designers, Product, and documentation teams to ensure learning content stays current with product releases, launches, and process changes.
  • Track employee learning progress, certification completion, assessment outcomes, and learning adoption.
  • Generate reports and share insights with managers, HR, Academy, and business stakeholders.
  • Collect employee feedback on learning journeys, courses, sessions, and LMS experience.
  • Share learner feedback and reporting insights with trainers and content owners to improve learning content and delivery.
  • Support continuous learning programs, refresher campaigns, certification rollouts, and internal learning communications.
  • Maintain LMS governance, data accuracy, reporting hygiene, and learner experience standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in LMS administration, employee learning operations, onboarding, training coordination, or learning program management.
  • Hands-on experience managing LMS platforms such as Docebo, 360Learning, Cornerstone, Moodle, TalentLMS, or similar.
  • Strong ability to manage learning paths, course assignments, assessments, certifications, reports, and learner records.
  • Experience organizing, maintaining, and improving learning content in an LMS.
  • Strong coordination skills with HR, trainers, content creators, Product, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to track learning progress, interpret reports, identify gaps, and share useful insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Good written communication skills for learner updates, reminders, reports, and stakeholder communication.
  • Interest in software products and willingness to understand product learning needs at a functional level.
  • Strong ownership of process discipline, data accuracy, and learner experience.

Good to Have

  • Experience supporting employee onboarding in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience managing role-based learning paths or certification programs.
  • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, LMS publishing, course versioning, or content governance.
  • Experience coordinating product release learning, internal enablement campaigns, or refresher programs.
  • Experience working with product trainers, curriculum designers, SMEs, or documentation teams.
  • Basic understanding of enterprise software, SaaS products, or workflow-based platforms.

Who This Role Is Great For

This role is a strong fit for:

  • An LMS administrator who wants broader ownership of employee learning operations.
  • A learning operations specialist who enjoys structure, reporting, and learner experience.
  • An HR learning coordinator with strong LMS, tracking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A training coordinator who prefers managing learning journeys over delivering training.
  • A learning program specialist from a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Someone who enjoys making learning systems organized, measurable, and easy for employees to navigate.

Work Environment

  • Remote-first role with virtual collaboration.
  • The role involves LMS administration, onboarding coordination, content organization, reporting, stakeholder follow-ups, and learner support.
  • You will work closely with Academy, HR, Product, trainers, curriculum designers, documentation teams, and business stakeholders.
