Are you a data person who is deeply interested in AI and LLM technology?

Do you love to solve interesting challenges and make a direct impact through your work?

Are you a people person who is into code? (and not a code person who is into people!)

At Paradox, we believe when you get the people thing right, you can build teams that can change the world. We’re helping organizations around the globe reimagine hiring with our first-of-its-kind recruitment technology. From our Conversational ATS to our best-in-class hiring assessments, Paradox is laser-focused on building world-class products and a team that our clients love. Our high-performance culture and triple-digit growth have been recognized on Deloitte’s "Fast 500" technology companies, the Inc 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies, and as a Forbes Best Startup Employer. And we’re just getting started. We are looking for top performers who have a track record of success and want to build a company and create the future together.

We’re seeking a Data Specialist with strong analytics skills to join our Tel Aviv-based team and help shape our Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities. In this unique role, you'll own and architect the data tagging landscape for Paradox. You'll go beyond performing tagging tasks to design and implement the processes and systems that will govern future data labeling efforts. You will leverage your expertise alongside Prompt Engineers and Product Managers. As you grow, you'll build and lead a team of part-time Data Taggers, ensuring consistency and quality in tagging processes.

Sound like your perfect fit? We want to hear from you!
