Role details: Platform/Cloud/Infrastructure/Automation Engineer

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced engineer who has a strong foundation in cloud-native solutions, automation, and infrastructure management. This role focuses on optimizing and scaling infrastructure while collaborating with engineering teams to automate and improve systems.

Essential skills

• Technical skills - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (AWS CDK or equivalent). Experience with automation and CI/CD pipelines to ensure scalable, reliable systems. Capable of managing large-scale systems efficiently with a focus on reducing manual intervention.

• Problem-solving - Ability to develop scalable, efficient solutions to complex problems. Eager to continuously learn and implement new technologies that drive improvement.

• Collaboration and communication - A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and is open to feedback. Strong communication skills to work effectively with engineering teams and stakeholders.

• Work approach - Committed to delivering high-quality engineering solutions with a focus on automation and system reliability. Values trust, autonomy, and empowerment in their work.

Desired experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, DevOps, or similar role (flexible for candidates with relevant skills and proven impact).

• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and automation across distributed systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.
