• You are happy to be visible and on hand to the wider team
• You are open to continuous feedback loops which help improve our processes
• You are a confident driver with a full, clean UK driving licence.

You will support delivery of the daily Workplace services schedule including but not limited to;

• Daily cleaning; including showers, gym, toilets, office space, and other areas of the building.
• Pro-actively engaging with wider teams to exceed their expectations.
• Stock control and rotation
• Replenishment of micro-kitchen supplies
• Support main kitchen team when required
• Support with company properties when required
• Transporting Swiggers between Knutsford train station and our workplace using our company minibus (Automatic - Mercedes Vito) on a daily basis.

You will help deliver occasional events, such as:

• Employee parties (summer and Christmas).
• Theme days
• Drinks after all-hands meetings.
• Occasional external-facing events (for recruitment, etc.)
• In house fine dining.

You will support the delivery of a safe workplace, including:

• Upkeep and security of the building (soft and hard facility coordination)
• Health and safety
• Onboarding new starters
• Fire safety.
• First Aid
• COSHH.
• Maintaining and managing equipment.
