The Growth Tribe

The Growth Tribe exists to help PortSwigger reach the people who need our tools most and ensure they get real value from them. We focus on sustainable, thoughtful growth by deeply understanding our users, their problems, and how our products can genuinely help. Working closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering, we experiment, learn quickly, and refine our approach to build meaningful, long-term relationships with customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Run high-quality outbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Triage and qualify inbound leads with speed and judgement
  • Book meetings and generate qualified pipeline for Account Executives
  • Maintain exemplary Salesforce hygiene and accurate reporting
  • Experiment with messaging, sequencing, and prioritisation using data
  • Use AI tools responsibly to improve research and outreach effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with AEs on handovers and learning
  • Contribute to shared playbooks, role-plays, and team learning

What we’re looking for

  • 1–2 years of B2B SaaS sales, SDR, or business development experience
  • Proven outbound execution with measurable results
  • Strong qualification skills and commercial judgement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High resilience and comfort with rejection
  • Coachability, curiosity, and a strong growth mindset
  • Values alignment with PortSwigger’s high-performance, high-support culture

  • Reliable pipeline generation and target achievement
  • High-quality AE handovers and positive internal feedback
  • Continuous improvement through experimentation and learning
  • Clear progression toward owning smaller deals and AE readiness

Onboarding: This role will come with 4-weeks in-person onboarding at our HQ in Knutsford, UK
