We are looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to build and scale partner-facing demand generation, enablement, and go-to-market programs that support Posit’s global partner/ alliance ecosystem, including Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Microsoft and Google. As Senior Manager of Partner Marketing you will be a critical player in shaping global partner marketing strategy, helping drive pipeline growth, expanding partner engagement, and bringing new program ideas to life. This role reports to the VP of Growth Marketing and seeks to understand the goals of the business and form project teams of domain experts to execute the campaigns and drive towards the desired goals. This role will focus on executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns and events in collaboration with key strategic partners including hyperscalers and cloud providers.

This highly cross-functional role will directly impact our GTM execution and revenue strategy by bringing field and partner marketing best practices to life. What you will own:

  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with key tech alliances (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, etc.) to drive partner pipeline and brand visibility
  • Build and scale integrated partner marketing programs including co-branded content, webinars, newsletters, digital activations, and field events
    Manage campaign and growth marketing aspects of partner-related events (e.g. Databricks Summit, Snowflake Data for Breakfast etc.)
  • Define and track KPIs for all partner campaigns and report results with actionable insights
  • Manage partner co-marketing agreements, MDF budgets, and partner communications

What you will assist with:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Alliances to align GTM efforts and jointly grow shared pipeline
  • Work closely with the PMM, Product and Creative and WEB teams to develop and launch campaign assets
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure campaign tracking, attribution, and lead management
  • Support internal enablement by creating training materials and talking points for sales

What you will learn:

  • Deep understanding of Hyperscaler partner ecosystems (Microsoft, AWS, Google)
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, and JIRA
  • How to adapt marketing strategies to new partners and verticals
  • Event ROI frameworks and best practices for ABX campaigns

A bit about you:

  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a significant amount of experience in partner or alliance marketing
  • Experience working cross-functionally with partners and sales to co-create pipeline-driving campaigns
  • Familiarity with MDF planning, joint GTM planning, and reporting on marketing-sourced opportunities
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated campaigns across key channels that generate pipeline in close collaboration with extended team members in sales, marketing, customer success, product management etc.
  • Familiarity communicating launch dates and progress information, including the content calendar, to management and stakeholders.
  • Experience using Marketo, Salesforce,6Sense/ABM tools and dashboards for campaign analysis. Independently pull metrics and reports, tell a story with data, and make data-informed decisions on future investments.

Within 1 month, you’ll…

  • Meet with core stakeholders across marketing, sales, and alliances to understand key partners and pipeline goals
  • Review existing partner campaigns and materials
  • Audit previous MDF usage and current GTM calendar with partners
  • Create a prioritized partner marketing calendar for the next 90 days
  • Understand the buyer’s journey and use case partner campaigns in tight collaboration with the Product Marketing Management (PMM) team.
  • Get an understanding of the current KPIs, review past performance through QBR content.
  • Explore the various channels that get activated during execution by aligning and communicating with growth marketing peers.

Within 3 months, you’ll…

  • Launch joint campaigns with 2 strategic partners (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks)
  • Activate a field event / new content with measurable ROI metrics
  • Publish a co-branded content asset and align internal enablement resource
  • Present campaign metrics and insights to key stakeholders, including Sales and RevOps

Within 6 months, you’ll…

  • Deliver a partner marketing pipeline report with performance insights and optimization recommendations
  • Lead planning and execution for a major partner event, including pre-, during-, and post-event motions
  • Establish a repeatable framework for campaign briefing, partner alignment, and internal activation

Within 12 months, you’ll…

  • Scale partner marketing playbooks for new and emerging partners
  • Propose new program investments and budget recommendations for next fiscal year
  • Be seen as a go-to expert on partner collaboration and GTM execution across the org
  • Contribute to Posit’s growth as a category leader through strategic partner influence

This hiring range reflects base salary and assumes that the job will be performed in the United States.
