Who we are:
We’re not just building a company — we’re building a different way of working. Around here, Customer Empathy leads everything we do. We trust you to make smart decisions with the customer’s needs at heart — because with freedom comes responsibility.
Integrity is non-negotiable. We speak with honesty, act with humility, and take ownership — even when it’s hard. Candor is part of how we build trust, not break it.
We believe Life > Work. A fulfilling life fuels great work, not the other way around. We encourage our team to embrace experiences, relationships, and passions outside the office — and trust each other to show up fully when it matters most.
We believe titles provide clarity, not superiority. Servant Leadership means we lead by lifting others, sharing information openly, and keeping politics and ego out of the equation.
Our version of Stewardship is about more than careful management — it’s about honoring the talents, resources, and opportunities entrusted to us by treating them with creativity, accountability, and vision.
And because we believe trust is earned daily, Transparency is our operating system. We share early, often, and honestly — making sure no one is ever left guessing.
At the heart of it all? High freedom. High responsibility. Radical trust. If you’re energized by ownership, motivated by purpose, and ready to help build a culture where people and ideas thrive — you’re in the right place.
Your Strengths:
You lead with empathy and serve with excellence. Whether supporting a new hire on Day 1 or updating a critical system behind the scenes, you believe every detail matters—because people matter.
You see HR as people-first. You’re energized by the opportunity to support, connect, and create clarity for others through great communication, strong systems, and thoughtful processes.
You bring calm to complexity. You stay organized, adapt quickly, and know how to keep priorities moving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You’re a behind-the-scenes builder. You care deeply about creating structure and experiences that help people feel informed, supported, and valued.
You communicate clearly and warmly—whether you're explaining a benefit, coordinating an interview, or preparing internal resources.
What you’ll do:
Talent Support
Employee Experience & Culture
What you’ll bring:
1–3 years of experience in People Ops, HR coordination, recruiting coordination, or similar roles
Familiarity with HR/operational systems and tools (e.g., Paylocity, Notion, Google Workspace, Asana)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—clear, professional, and friendly
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information
A service-oriented mindset, curiosity to learn, and willingness to stretch into new responsibilities
Why you matter:
Our People Operations team exists to ensure the humans behind the work are seen, supported, and set up to thrive. As our HR Coordinator, you'll be the bridge between our processes and our people—helping ensure that every experience, from onboarding to offboarding, is smooth, human, and values-aligned. Your work allows the Director of People Operations to stay focused on long-term strategy—because you’re taking care of the day-to-day with care, clarity, and excellence.
