Your Role at Relatient
The Product Operations Manager supports the effectiveness, scalability, and alignment of the product organization. This role partners cross-functionally to ensure product initiatives are well-coordinated, customer feedback is actionable, and internal teams are prepared to successfully support new product capabilities. The position focuses on optimizing workflows, improving communication, and enabling efficient product execution. The Product Operations Manager plays a key role in improving how product decisions are informed, communicated, and operationalized across the organization.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Coordinate and drive execution of product and feature launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and readiness.
- Own and continuously improve scalable processes for capturing, organizing, and communicating product feedback and enhancement requests.
- Submit, assign, and manage support cases, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication with clients.
- Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to improve visibility into product priorities, progress, and outcomes.
- Support internal readiness by ensuring teams have the necessary information, documentation, and resources for new releases.
- Proactively identify gaps and drive improvements to operational efficiency and consistency across product-related workflows.
- Contribute to the refinement of tools, templates, and processes that enable the product organization to scale effectively.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across Product, Customer Success, Support, and other stakeholders.
- Surface trends and insights from customer and internal feedback to hep inform product prioritization and decision-making.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, project coordination, product management, or related roles within a SaaS environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Support, or Marketing teams
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Familiarity with product and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiate

A Note on Travel:
- Traveling up to 10% may be required.
Pay & Perks:
The salary range for this role is $85,000–$110,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
