Your Role at Relatient:
The Implementation Consultant is a critical member of the client onboarding team, combining strong communication skills, product expertise, and technical acumen to deliver scalable, high-quality SaaS implementations. This role partners directly with clients to analyze patient access workflows, translate business objectives into effective platform solutions, and guide implementation activities that support successful onboarding and long-term adoption. Leveraging knowledge of healthcare interoperability technologies, workflow design, and system configuration.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Serve as a trusted client-facing consultant by translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to understand onboarding requirements, patient access workflows, and implementation objectives.
- Design, document, and present scalable workflow solutions aligned with client goals and Relatient best practices.
- Configure and support workflow implementations across product modules, EMR integrations, reporting, and system controls within the Relatient platform.
- Lead onboarding discovery sessions, workflow documentation, and configuration planning activities.
- Collaborate with project managers, interoperability teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful solution delivery.
- Advocate for client needs while balancing implementation standards, timelines, and product capabilities.
- Identify implementation risks proactively and communicate mitigation strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate software testing activities to validate solution quality, accuracy, and performance.
- Support project coordination activities, including task tracking, milestone management, and status reporting.
- Utilize technologies such as SQL, APIs, HL7, and batch interfaces to support integration, data integrity, and system reliability.
- Maintain current knowledge of Relatient product capabilities, releases, and implementation best practices.
- Create and maintain implementation documentation to support internal consistency, training, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor workload priorities and communicate resource concerns or delivery risks appropriately.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, health Sciences, data Analytics, engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent Health IT or provider organization experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, healthcare operations, or a related industry.
- Experience working with SQL, APIs, HL7, batch interfaces, and technical specifications.
- Ability to effectively engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A Note on Travel:
- Traveling up to 20% may be required.
Pay & Perks:
The salary range for this role is $70,000-$83,000. Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and location.
