Your Role at Relatient
The Provider Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth across the West region of the U.S. by building strong relationships with healthcare organizations, provider groups, and key decision-makers.
In this role, you will identify and pursue target accounts, develop qualified opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and position Relatient’s patient access solutions to help healthcare organizations streamline workflows, improve the patient experience, and achieve measurable results.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Represent Relatient’s products and services to ambulatory practices, provider groups, and hospital-owned practices across the West region
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, both virtually and on-site, tailored to prospective customer needs
- Lead discovery calls, stakeholder meetings, and follow-up conversations with prospective Relatient customers
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Build and nurture a healthy pipeline of prospective customers through outbound outreach, referrals, events, and marketing-generated leads
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quota expectations as outlined in the Sales Compensation Plan
- Partner with internal teams to support a smooth transition from signed agreement to implementation, as needed
- Participate in marketing initiatives, lead-generation activities, trade shows, and regional travel as needed and directed by the VP of Provider Sales
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete CRM documentation for leads, prospects, opportunities, and account activity
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline updates, and reporting on sales activities, risks, and progress toward goals
- Stay informed on healthcare regulations, market trends, and compliance requirements that may impact customers, including HIPAA
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience selling products or services to health systems, hospitals, provider groups, or ambulatory practices
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Value-based selling experience (Miller Heiman training preferred)
- Ability to demonstrate ROI through the use of technology

- Demonstrates exceptional sales acumen, discipline, and accountability by consistently closing business on a monthly and quarterly basis while maintaining forecast accuracy.
- Maintains a healthy and well-managed pipeline by continuously generating, qualifying, and advancing opportunities.
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to drive new logo acquisition and expand revenue within existing customer accounts.

A Note on Travel:
- Traveling up to 40% may be required.
Pay & Perks:
The salary range for this role is $110,000–$130,000 per year. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.
