Job Summary:

The Content Developer, Training & Enablement supports the creation of high-quality technical training content by building learning assets from approved instructional designs and technical inputs. This role focuses on content development, asset production, and quality execution, working under the guidance of Senior Instructional Designers and Manager, Training & Development.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop learning assets based on approved storyboards, templates, and design specifications.
  • Build interactive eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and supporting materials using industry-standard tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond).
  • Translate technical content and product workflows into clear, learner-friendly training materials with guidance from Instructional Designers.
  • Apply established instructional, visual, and brand standards to all learning assets.
  • Perform self-reviews and revisions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of learning materials.
  • Incorporate feedback from Instructional Designers, SMEs, and reviewers in a timely manner.
  • Assist with testing learning content across devices and environments.
  • Participate in SME interviews and working sessions to understand technical concepts and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers and peers to clarify expectations and resolve content issues.
  • Support external vendors by assisting with reviews of learning assets and providing structured feedback.
  • Use existing templates and interaction patterns to ensure consistency across courses.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating templates and shared content components.
  • Learn and adopt new tools and technologies as needed to support evolving training needs.
  • Assist with uploading, tagging, and organizing learning content within the LMS and shared drives.
  • Support content updates, maintenance, and minor revisions as products change.

Skills You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital learning or content development (internships and academic projects included).
  • Hands-on experience with at least one learning authoring tool (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond) and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and quality in content development workflows.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, learner-friendly content.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
  • Receptive to feedback with the ability to iterate and improve quickly.
  • Foundational knowledge of instructional design principles.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and usability best practices.
  • Experience using learning platforms (LMS or similar tools).
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer- and partner-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines within established processes.
  • Proficiency with standard business and project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Zoom, Monday.com, Asana, Jira).

Skills That Are Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting partner ecosystems (systems integrators, consultancies, resellers).
  • Experience developing content in a SaaS environment.
