This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior HR Business Partner at SheerID in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic HR support, partnering with business leaders on people initiatives, and implementing HR programs and policies. This role will involve a mix of on-site and remote work.

• Experience in HR business partnering, strategic HR support, and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in organizational development and change management
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in a technology or SaaS company is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
