As the Revenue Operations Manager – Growth, you will be responsible for strategically enabling SheerID’s top-of-funnel go-to-market engine – including Growth Marketing, SDR, Product Marketing, and early-stage Sales – to generate, engage, and convert demand into qualified pipeline. This role will drive operational excellence by owning the systems, data, and processes that power awareness-to-opportunity conversion, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment across teams and stages.

Your expertise in early-stage pipeline operations will enable SheerID to scale efficiently, accelerating progression from first-touch to first-meeting, improving pipeline conversion, and strengthening campaign and prospecting performance. You will support the design and execution of critical GTM processes including ICP and TAM management, lead routing and scoring, campaign execution, capacity planning, and early-stage forecasting.

This role will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Deal Desk, Enablement, Product, and Finance and play a critical role within the Revenue Operations team, reporting to the VP, Revenue Strategy & Operations.

Role Specific Job Duties:

  • Manage lead imports, campaign execution, and follow-up reporting across digital, event, and in-person channels.
  • Own the conversion funnel from Awareness → MQL → SAL → Pipeline, ensuring clean handoffs and aligned reporting.
  • Build and maintain workflows and integrations across Marketo (Admin), Salesloft, UserGems/6sense, ZoomInfo, Cognism, and Salesforce.
  • Partner with Revenue Analyst, Enablement, and Growth leaders to support early-stage pipeline forecasting and inspection.
  • Ensure clean alignment of KPIs and accountability across Growth teams.
  • Drive systems strategy and continuous improvements that reduce friction, enable transparency, and scale funnel velocity.
  • Leverage data, automation, and AI tools to enhance funnel experimentation and performance.
  • Design and operationalize inbound and outbound prospecting processes including creating efficiencies in account planning & research.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to improve ABM scoring, routing, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with SDR leadership to optimize cadences, messaging strategy, and qualification criteria.
  • Work with Sales to refine early-stage pipeline progression and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Own and optimize lead routing, enrichment, scoring models, and cross system workflows.
  • Act as SME for GTM systems; managing hygiene, feature deployment, documentation, and cross-functional training
  • Proactively evaluate new tools, drive feature/function alignment, and ensure we are budgeting properly for growth team needs.
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual planning processes, including funnel modeling and capacity planning.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Campaign teams to operationalize and track campaign execution.
  • Serve as a key connector between GTM strategy and execution, translating feedback into scalable systems.

Required Skills / Experience:

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or GTM Strategy Roles preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Comprehensive understanding of GTM methodologies and best practices.
  • Advanced understanding of Salesforce and administration experience with Marketo, to support both strategic alignment and tactical scope/execution.
  • Proficiency in identifying, deploying, enabling, and administering GTM technology such as Gong, Salesloft, UserGems, and more…
  • Understanding of inbound and outbound pipeline mechanics from first touch to closed won.
  • Proven success at transforming GTM goals into reality by deploying scalable and efficient user, system, and data workflows.
  • Tried and true approaches to attribution and campaign execution for an ABM Enterprise SaaS GTM motion.
  • Exceptional ability to influence at all levels of the organization and translate needs across functions and roles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and talent for accuracy and precision.
  • Strong coordination and project management skills.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in problem-solving and issue escalation.
  • Energized by complexity but always striving for simple solutions that can scale over time.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and G-Suite, and Salesforce.

Preferred Experience:

  • Understanding of SaaS business models, specifically data processors.
  • Proficient Looker User.
  • Familiarity with or experience applying AI in a way that improves data availability, improves user experience, and/or increases efficiencies in day to day activities.

Performance Indicators:

  • A measurable increase in lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-opportunity conversion.
  • A measurable improvement in early to late stage pipeline conversion.
  • Increased confidence in early funnel reporting and conversion attribution.
  • Clearly defined and operationalized funnel definitions across Growth (Marketing, SDR and Sales).
  • Systematized and documented processes for intent signals, enrichment, and account prioritization.
  • AI tools and automation deployed to reduce manual processes and improve scale.
