As a Travel & Office Operations, you will support the company’s business travel activities. You will manage the day-to-day office operations and procedures, provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors, and support the current office manager. This position is for a 6-month replacement for a maternity leave with an option to continue based on performance and business needs.

This role is a full week of attendance at the office

Responsibilities

Travel management:

  • Managing travel bookings for the company’s global employees for both independent business travel and the company’s events.
  • Addressing travel policy inquiries and pre-approval of travel requests. Working independently and with a travel agent
  • Develop company travel budget forecast when required
  • Ensuring all travel aspects are according to the company budget and policy
  • Implementation of corporate “travel platform”

Office Management:

  • Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and employees.
  • Coordinate office operations, including supplies (cleaning services, food and beverages, parking, equipment, and facility maintenance)
  • Provide support to the current office coordinator and assist with special projects
  • Assisting with organizing the company’s events
  • Assisting with the day-to-day needs of Israeli and global employees and providing other administrative support as necessary.
  • Welcoming the company’s visitors and candidates.

Requirements

  • Experience in office management or a related field preferred – a big advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and high attention to details
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented, with a positive and service-oriented personality
  • Well organized with People person with good vibes!
  • Energetic, proactive, and communicative
  • Full-time job on office premises
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook and basic Excel
