We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building and managing our procurement activities, overseeing the spend and ensuring optimal vendor agreements and purchasing procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Build procurement strategy - procurement policy, process, and guidelines
  • Lead Procurement system tool implementation - planning and execution of integration with ERP system
  • Oversee the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, including budgeting, sourcing, negotiation, vendor management, contracting, and cost reduction initiatives
  • Lead contracts and negotiations with vendors to secure advantageous terms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, IT, Security etc
  • Effectively manage day-to-day vendor relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery to relevant departments
  • Provide spend insights and metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Train internal stakeholders on the procurement policies, processes, and systems
  • Handle ad-hoc contracting requests, manage renewals, and monitor contracting needs
  • Planning and overseeing the company’s real estate/office rent projects, searching for new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing project execution

Requirements

  • Proven 5+ years of experience in a relevant global procurement role
  • Experience in procurement processes set up and implementation of procurement tools (NetSuite integration – advantage)
  • Proven track record in developing global strategies, aligned with the company's goals
  • Proven record in leading corporate real estate planning and execution
  • Proficiency in English and Hebrew, balancing global and local requirements effectively
  • Development of procurement metrics and KPIs
  • Great interpersonal skill
  • Exceptional project management skills and documentation abilities
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing relationships with suppliers worldwide
  • Familiarity with the tech market vendors
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field
