We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join our Legal Department, reporting to the VP Legal, who will play a key role in leading the company’s global Corporate & Compliance activities. This position involves managing and driving the company’s corporate governance framework, employment and HR matters, equity plans and related activities, and enterprise-wide compliance programs, while ensuring full regulatory and ethical compliance across all relevant jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee subsidiary governance across jurisdictions to ensure compliant filings and accurate corporate records
  • Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulatory requirements to mitigate legal risk
  • Support strategic initiatives, including reorganizations, financings, and M&A transactions
  • Advise on employment matters across the employee lifecycle and partner with HR to ensure compliant global practices
  • Manage employee equity programs, including grants, reporting, and cross-border tax and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement global compliance policies, conduct risk assessments, and monitor regulatory developments to mitigate legal risk
  • Maintain robust documentation for internal governance and due diligence
  • Deliver legal training and guidance materials
  • Drive the adoption of AI tools within the Legal team to enhance efficiency and scalability

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of extensive experience working in a corporate or high-tech department of a leading law firm and/or as an in-house counsel (with proven experience in International Corporate & Compliance matters)
  • LLB degree from a leading institution and a license to practice law in Israel
  • English and Hebrew at native level or equivalent (a MUST)
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills, including the ability to work and collaborate with colleagues and counterparties in multiple locations
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving legal landscapes, jurisdictions, and business needs
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to balance legal judgment with business objectives
  • A driven and motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Proven and extensive experience in all aspects of international corporate law (mainly US and Israel) and compliance work (including export control) - an advantage
  • In-depth experience with AI tools for Legal usage and in general - an advantage
