As FP&A Analyst you will be a member of the global Finance team, playing a key role in setting Company’s strategic direction, collaborating with various departments and key functions to coordinate business needs with financial goals. You will report to the Director of FP&A.
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
- Perform deep-dive analytical projects into specific geographies, business lines, or cost centers
- Continuously seek ways to improve data reporting processes as well as financial modeling
- Support the optimisation and implementation of new FP&A software ‘pigment’
- Work with company’s management on ongoing needs across all departments, supporting ad-hoc requests
- Assist in calculation and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide financial support for strategic initiatives
- Assist with the development and tracking of the annual budget, as well as updating periodic forecasts
- Maintain and update financial models for forecasting revenue, expenses, and headcount
Requirements
- 4+ years in finance/accounting, including 2+ years in FP&A / Budget & Control at a growth-stage software company — must
- BA in Economics, Finance, Business, or Accounting — must
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
- High standards of accuracy and precision; organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong multitasking and time management
- Independent and self-motivated, with a collaborative team mindset
- Fluent English — written and spoken
- NetSuite experience — big advantage
- BI systems experience — advantage
