We are looking for a Global Manager, C&B and HRIS to join our global HR team, reporting to the SVP HR. You will own the operational backbone of a 600-person global company, bringing together HR operations, compensation and benefits, HR systems, and people analytics to support our continued growth.

Working closely with the SVP HR, you will shape and improve our HR infrastructure and lead the adoption of AI across the team, building tools and automations that make our everyday work smarter and more effective. This is a hands-on role with broad ownership and responsibility for leading and developing one HR Operations team member.

Responsibilities

  • Own global compensation and benefits, including creating and building job architecture, leveling, and market benchmarking processes. Manage annual salary reviews and stock option cycles, and advise HR People Partners on compensation and leveling decisions
  • Lead headcount planning and growth modeling with Finance and Talent Acquisition, and manage the HR department’s global budget and procurement
  • Lead the operational delivery of global HR cycles, including performance reviews, engagement surveys, OKRs, and audits. Improve supporting processes, advise HR People Partners, and support the SVP HR on cross-company strategic projects
  • Build our people analytics practice, developing dashboards and translating data into insights and recommendations for HR and business leaders
  • Own BambooHR across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate, audit-ready people data, and drive system integrations and workflow automation
  • Manage global payroll and EOR operations, including monthly payroll reporting, and lead HR readiness for expansion into new countries, covering entity setup, local benefits, and compliance
  • Shape and execute our HR AI agenda, building agents and skills that improve the team’s daily work and driving their adoption
  • Lead and develop one HR Operations team member, manage the team’s operating cadence, and ensure follow-through on decisions while remaining hands-on

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in HRIS and Compensation & Benefits within a global company, including at least 4 years of hands-on C&B experience across benchmarking, job architecture and leveling, salary reviews, stock options, and global benefits
  • Experience building and scaling HR infrastructure in a fast-growing company, and leading global, cross-functional projects and process improvements end to end
  • Experience managing workforce planning, departmental budgets, and procurement, as well as working with global payroll and EOR partners
  • Strong AI orientation with at least 1.5 years of hands-on experience using Claude and similar tools to build and implement AI agents, skills, and organizational plugins
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to translate people data into dashboards, actionable insights, and executive presentations
  • Proven experience owning an HRIS across the employee lifecycle, including data management, system integrations, and workflow automation
  • Experience managing and developing team members, with a hands-on approach and the ability to balance strategic projects with day-to-day operations
  • Strong partnering skills, with the ability to advise HR People Partners and translate business needs into practical HR solutions
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience with BambooHR is a strong plus; familiarity with Papaya and Pave is an advantage
  • Experience in a cybersecurity or high-growth technology company is an advantage
